It will get all the dust and dry loose debris. you should vacuum all over. despite the fact that leather is considered a non-fiber material, you should vacuum it thoroughly. you need to open the cracks and vacuum nooks and crannies you can use a detailing brush to get the dirts out of the cracks. Avoid pressure specially with the pointy tip of the vacuum.

2-Wear Gloves: You don't to scratch the leather with your nails.

3- Spray diluted liquid on the scrub pad. and start scrubbing the leather you want to clean. then dry with a microfiber towel. Small applications are better rather than big bold applications. Do not pour or spray lots of liquid on the seats to do them all at once. It is called detailing. you can't go through details if you want to do everything all at once.

Remember, using only leather conditioner is not good. The surface must be clean. you don't want to layer up all the dust and debris just by using conditioner.
